All overseas orders have a shipping time that can vary from 1 to 7 business days to be dispatched.

We do not consider Saturdays, Sundays and local holidays as business days.

It is necessary to add this time to the DHL delivery time.

A tracking code is provided to all buyers by the end of the day the shipment occurs, so it is important to provide a valid email address when purchasing your product, as in addition to the tracking code, we also send all order status updates.

We cannot be held responsible if the customs services of the buyer's country of origin tax the purchase, therefore if this happens it is the buyer's responsibility to pay these fees. This rarely happens, but if it does, the responsibility lies with the buyer.
