Does Noxcapes have an office somewhere?

- Not! For those who already know our equipment already know that we do not save on raw materials and specialized labor that we use to manufacture our products. These are things with very expensive costs and having a place like a physical store would result in financial complications that would considerably increase the value of our items and with that the acquisition could become unattainable for a large contingent of our brazilian consumers (our location is Brazil) who are at a disadvantage with the currency exchange difference.

How fast is the shipping and receiving of my equipment at the address I provided to receive my purchase?

Twice a week DHL Express picks up orders for shipping and after the order is picked up in one of our workshops by DHL Express in most cases it takes 4-6 days for the customer to receive their goods at the address provided. This will depend on your location. That is, you will not need to wait many days to have your Noxcapes equipment in hand.

Will I be able to track my order?

Always! You should receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. If you do not find it be sure to check in your junk box of your email as each of your order status change you will be notified by email you gave us during the purchase. How do Noxcapes ship the products?

All products are packaged in DHL's own boxes and never bear the name "Noxcapes" anywhere. We use our personal name as the sender. In other words: it is impossible for anyone to know the contents of your box. You can rest assured about that.
