Returns and Exchanges

We want you to feel 100% confident about your order, so we offer a simple 30-day return policy.

Simply return your gear for any reason within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Only Custom and Made-to-Measure items are non-refundable.

Your experience is our #1 priority and we want you to love your new gear.

Returning gear is easy:

  1- Go to the "Customer Service" tab located in the site footer and click "Returns". Fill out the form correctly.

  2- We'll contact you to confirm your exchange/return.

  3- Send in your item.

Exchanges will be shipped to you at no charge. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible but always within ten business days of receiving your package.

That simple.
