How to take your measurement:

We need 2 measurements, the wrist and the forearm.

- Wrist: the measurement should be taken around the wrist close to the hand (narrowest part). Measure the circumference close to the hand. (shown in the last photo)

- Forearm (widest part): at a distance of 9 centimeters from the wrist, measure the circumference of the forearm. (Shown in the last photo)

Tip:

If you don't have a measuring tape, take the measurements with a piece of string and then, using a ruler, simply measure the length of the string.
