Made from genuine leather, this accessory is designed to be used with our standard 3 cm wide belts.

The front of this item attaches to the waist belt with a loop using snap buttons and wraps around your penis and testicles via a metal ring. It is continuous and runs across the buttocks, with the rear end attached at the coccyx by a second loop with a buckle, which is also part of this accessory.

Our mid-buttocks belt comes ready to use with any abdominal belt up to 3 cm wide, as it includes the following accessories:

1 Buttock strap

1 Welded metal ring with a diameter that may vary between 5 and 6 cm.

1 Plug fastener*
