Choose the size of your Harness by measuring the circumference of your chest at the nipple line. If you don't have a tape measure, use a string and then with the help of a school ruler, simply measure the length of the string. Choose the size that is closest. This accessory is very flexible in terms of adjustments.

Sizes S and M: Chest measurement from 91 to 115 centimeters

Sizes G and XG: Chest measurement from 116 to 126 centimeters.
